We didn't see the "Red Dawn" remake when it was released in theaters last year, but we remember when it was made. Even though the film is set in Washington it was actually shot in the Detroit area near our corporate headquarters. An eagle eyed viewer recently watched the movie and they were kind enough to point out to us that our window sticker makes a brief appearance in the film. In fact, you can see it here behind Connor Cruise, who is the adoptive son of Tom Cruise.
You can see Josh Hutcherson (Peeta from the "Hunger Games") run past our sticker at the bottom of the window of a Subway shop.
Our logo has also appeared in the short lived TV show "Detroit 1-8-7." If you see our logo in any Detroit shot movies or television shows, please send them our way. We would love to share them with everyone.
