Case in point, new home security system customer Earnest Whaley contacted Guardian Alarm management to express how impressed he was during a recent visit by Guardian Alarm installer Matt Colyer. Earnest explained that due to a closed head injury from his time in the U. S. Military, he sometimes has a hard time understanding instructions. He stated that Matt took his time and patiently explained everything to him. Earnest wanted everyone to know that Guardian Alarm is fortunate to have Matt as an employee.
