Avalene Durel: July Customer Service Rep. of the Month

There is something to be said about someone who takes pride in their appearance--even when wearing a uniform. Some people do not like the uniform because they feel there are not many ways to dress it up or accentuate their personal style, but it can be done and Avalene Durel is an example of a person who stands out in her Guardian Uniform from head to toe. She even expresses her own personal style in a variety of ways.

Avalene is not only known for her neat appearance but also her amount of experience and knowledge she brings to the table in Customer Service. She has been with Guardian for over 10 years now and has become a lead investigator on any trouble signal that hits her screen. She can personally be relied on to follow up with Fire Departments to make sure businesses are compliant with Michigan Fire codes and that the alarm is operable and working. Not only can she be counted on to follow up on trouble accounts, she also is one of our lead Integrated Security operators, helping us get a number of dayshift reps trained to be able to run this area solo. Avalene brings her extensive attention to detail to Integrated Security and makes sure she investigates any activity.
